Most of my blog entries are for the world at large. This one is for just one person - you know who you are.

I appreciate more than I can say what you have contributed for the past year.

I have felt awful for the past few weeks knowing what was coming up.

I felt especially bad coming back from vacation and finding out you had made a huge financial decision, knowing that the floor was going to fall away from under your feet.

My apologies for the fact that it turned out like this - I wish there could have been a better resolution.
